The Beauty Of It All

As I mentioned in my short bio, I've come to the conclusion that the reason for my walking around on this planet is "To revere, to relish and to contribute."

We all live in a universe so wondrous that to simply gaze at it causes us to create mythologies, religions, grand philosophies and scientific theories of everything. We also live in a world so beautiful that those whose spirits have not been dulled come to believe in the sacredness of all things.

I am frequently overcome by the beauty of it all; by the wonder and majesty of it all. Lying on a sandy beach, my body warmed by the nearby star we call the sun, I can easily drift off to a mystical sense of communion with the entire cosmos. For me, it is obvious that to be reverent is the natural response to all this beauty, wonder, grandeur and majesty that surrounds us and enables our very existence.

It is my hope that you will find some pleasure, wonder and a sense of reverence from the driftwood I have gathered here for you.
